What to do if you STILL have no tracking information.

Hello
Please if at this late stage you do not have a tracking number Email me at [email protected] and you will be getting a refund.
I have been using DHL to ship these items and clearly something has gone wrong and a large batch of packages have been lost. I'm very sorry about this and I'm doing what I can to make it right.

Hey guys,
Just a small update, up to 800 bags have been shipped, 175 are about to recieve tracking numbers just waiting on DHL to generate them. I’m working 7 days a week to get these out as fast as i can.
Additionally, I have seen comments that the strap on the bag is too short or there are problems with the shape or damge to the bag. I’m more than happy to refund anyone unhappy with this product as thats my main goal, to provide a product people can use and enjoy. I’m sorry if I havent been very good with updates, this is my first kickstarter and I really am just focusing on getting the bags shipped.

Lost packages/shipping issues

Hey guys
Saw a few people requesting an update so I thought I'd pop in a quick one. If you still haven't received any tracking information please double check your email or your backerkit for this information as everyone should have a tracking number at this point.
If your package has still not arrived and you're suspicious something has gone wrong my best advice is to use the DHL contact information and give them your tracking number directly and they can help you out. Sadly once the package leaves Australia there isn't much I can do as I have access to the same tracking information you all do.

Hey guys!
Super exciting update today. All orders have officially been packaged! They are boxed up and ready to be collected by DHL tomorrow, about 217 to be exact! I expect tracking numbers for these should come in around the middle-end of the week.
Thanks to all of you for being so amazingly patient and understanding during this project. It's been a lot, but very rewarding and exciting. I'm loving all your feedback as it means by next project will be even better. I do think that if i ever have this many orders to manage again I'll be bringing in a third party company for a much faster result, because wow did I underestimate how long it would take!
Anyway thank you all for being here and being a part of this!
