Production update!

Hey guys!
I've seen a few people asking for some updates, so I thought id pop in and let you all know how things are going.
Production for the bags has started at the beginning of July! and will be about a 3 month process so this period will most likely be a little quiet with updates. Once the bags are almost complete I'll start placing orders for the other merch as most of those have shorter production times. That way we can ship everything together!
Sorry for not having any more exciting updates!! Hoping to get some production photos to share soon!

Locking surveys

Hey guys!
Today I should be locking surveys, however im noticing there is still 79 uncompleted surveys. If this is due to you being unable to access surveys becuase of encripted emails (?) which for some reason kickstarter has done :( the best advice i can give is to contact backerkit and get them to change your email.
so sorry this is so complicted guys! hoping to lock these choices in and order the bags as soon as possible!

Just popping in to say that 162 backers still haven't completed their surveys! Atm there is 11 days to complete this and select the items you would like to receive. If you're having trouble accessing your survey heres a link to recover that might be helpful!

Shipping costs Issues

Hi guys, I've seen a few people comment that they're having some problems with additional shipping costs during the survey when they try to add extra items. If you have pre ordered a bag then any smaller items (print, pin, keychain) shouldn't be adding extra cost for up to 4 of each. I'm happy to sort refunds as sadly this cant be edited on my end at the moment.

The surveys have just be sent out, so look out for them in your inbox. Everyone has 20 days to select what bag they're after and add extra items to your order.
